A Taste of Charlotte Tilbury Skincare.

A Taste of Charlotte Tilbury Skincare.

I am the queen of minature products, partly because sample sized products are as cute as hell and partly because it's my fear of commitment with expensive products. You want to trial them before forking out, right? I've been using these three for quite some time now and I'm a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury, I love her makeup and now I've tried her skincare which is pretty up there as well. It's also worth mentioning that all her packaging is damn right gorgeous and everything smells like a dream as well

I spent a heck of a lot of money in Charlotte Tilbury so they gave me three 'luxury' sized samples of their best selling skincare products! So over the past couple of months I've been rationing as much as I can and it's love. Pure love. Now I'm in a predicament, I've run out and now I'm going have to buy all three in full size! Pray for my bank account.

One I really love is Wonder Glow, a glowy and borderline glittery primer. I have dry, dehydrated skin and this works wonders at bringing back luminousity into my skin making it look fresh and perky. This stuff is really lovely, very hydrating and light! I love using this under my foundation as a moisturiser/primer all in one. I wouldn't say this prolongs my makeup but it makes my base go on smoother and adds a crap load of glow. I like to use this mainly on my cheek bones, brow bone and cupids bow for that dew I'm naturally missing. I do avoid the direct centre of my face like down my nose, chin and centre of my forehead as these parts can get a little shiny so keep this in mind! Unless you like shine everywhere then you go gal.

Something that reminds me a lot of the La Mer Moisturising Cream is Charlotte's Magic Cream but Charlotte's version is kinder on the purse strings, so if you're looking for a product like this, I'd start here. In a nut shell, this is a super thick and heavy moisturising cream. In the depths of winter, heavy creams like this is sometimes the only thing that'll hydrate my skin so it's a must have for me in my skincare drawer! A little goes a long way and I would suggest popping this on at night, it takes forever and a day to sink in and sometimes things can get a little greasy so use it sparingly. This has some amazing ingredients in it and when I wake up in my morning, my skin is so hydrated and smooth it looks as good as new! Try this when your hungover and your skin is uber dehydrated and dull, you'll see what I mean. I just scoop up a bit in my fingers, rub it in my palms and then just massage it into my skin before I go to bed - you'll thank me in the morning! (well not me, Charlotte.)

Aaah the Goddess Skin Clay Mask! This is a good'un. Again, amazing ingredients which all sound pretty intimidating but oh so good. I love this clay mask, as it doesn't feel super tight on your skin and doesn't dry down rock hard or crackle off. It's surprisingly hydrating and just feels like you have a cream on your face. It smells like a dream and leaves my skin feeling so soft. It draws impurities out wonderfully which can sometimes make your skin look worse before it gets better so don't let this put you off! Keep at it. This keeps my skin clear and pores small, not as small as I'd like but small enough - can't really complain can you? Must-have for dry and congested skin.

Merry Christmas to you all! I hope you've all had a lovely couple of days, eating and being with family. I thought I'd treat ya and actually get round to publishing something on this blog of mine. I hope you don't mind me talking about sample sized products but they're so cute! Have you tried any of these products before? Shop the post below.
