Two From Glossier.

As if you didn't already know, Glossier is now shipping to the UK, WOOOOOOO! Which means it was time for me to purchase something. And I did, two somethings. I bought ~that~ cleanser and ~that~ brand new perfume, let me tell ya, all good things. I love Glossier's ethos and their whole branding and I am SO excited that they've come to the UK cos I'm sure we're gonna be best friends.

I actually ordered the cleanser first but with every order came a little perfume tester. After a couple of spritzes, I was hooked. Even my mum was like 'omg what is that smell, I need it'. I placed an order for the full size and here we are. Magic. Glossier You is the brand new product on the block with base notes of ambrette, ambrox and musk, it's the perfect non-feminine but not really masculine either kinda scent. It's USP - if you will, media studies a-level kicking in, a thank you - is that it actually smells of you. As quoted from Glossier's website: "please be advised that the formula comes incomplete; you are the first ingredient". The first week I wore this, I received so many compliments! Defo my new fave.

If you've been here from the very beginning, you know beauty and skincare is my thing. The Milky Jelly Cleanser has been high up on my list to try so, of course, it was going to be the first thing I bought. Now I know many of you may gasp or shudder at what I'm gonna say next... But I'm not sure. I'm not sure it beats my Liz Earle Cleanser. I KNOW, I'M SORRY. I do want to mention that there is nothing wrong with this cleanser, at all. I love how its PH balanced, it's really gentle on the skin and it does get rid of all my makeup. It does the job but I'm just not sure it leaves my face feeling as smooth or as soft as my other cleanser - maybe I'm just high maintenance? But as it has a jelly consistency, it does feel soft on the skin and I like how it turns milky when mixed with water. I'll leave you with this: if you're looking for a no-frills, non-fussy cleanser under £20, this is ya gal.

Sooooo what do I need to buy next?
